This position assists with front-office workflow, staff training, patient experience initiatives, scheduling oversight, and administrative operations while ensuring exceptional service for our patients. Ophthalmology experience required. Experience with Nextech EMR/PM preferred. Minimum of 3 years of medical office experience. Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred. Strong understanding of patient scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
