Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.About the PositionThe House Attendant cleans public areas of the hotel. Stocks linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens. Picks-up and delivers guest request items. Gives assistance to Housekeepers in moving heavy objects in guest rooms.Essential Functions:Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.Moves racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors. Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities. Empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.Assists Housekeepers as required. Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes.Picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as Irons, Ironing boards, Cribs and Roll-aways.Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsMust be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision.Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English.Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned duties as per the hotel standards.Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs.Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred.What to ExpectCompetitive Salary & WagesMedical, Dental and Vision insurance401(k) Retirement PlanExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
