About the Role We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for optimizing machine performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring consistent product quality. You will play a key role in machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically skilled, and able to respond quickly to production challenges. What You’ll Do Monitor injection molding machines and respond to process‑related issues to minimize downtime and scrap Start up and adjust machines to achieve optimal performance, efficiency, and product quality Perform mold changes according to the production schedule Set up and configure auxiliary equipment Program and adjust robotic material handlers and molding machines Perform insert changes and version updates, ensuring date code accuracy Troubleshoot processing issues and implement corrective actions Assist Maintenance Technicians with equipment, molds, and auxiliary systems as needed Support in‑process and finished product inspections to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of process technician experience ( injection molding preferred ) Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting Experience with robotics and automation systems Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem‑solving skills Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, technical documents, and procedures Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work a fixed overnight 2-2-3 schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and overtime as needed Work Environment & Benefits Work Environment Clean, modern manufacturing facility High-volume, fast‑paced production environment Advanced injection molding and automation equipment Safety‑first culture Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Incentive bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage Opportunities for advancement and skill development If you are a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in optimizing processes and improving efficiency, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr Saberus Inc
