BARTENDER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Title : Bartender (Full‑time & Part‑time) Location Delta Sky Club MKE – 5300 S Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207 Schedule Full‑time and part‑time shifts available. Open availability preferred; weekends required. Compensation Fixed pay rate: $17.00 per hour. Job Summary Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests. Set up assigned bars and requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality. Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner. Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and maintain portion control. Verify guest identification and check for appropriate ID. Determine and act upon guest inebriation as trained; demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws. Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed. Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secure bank. Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized. Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area. Wash and sterilize stemware. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous bartending experience required. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Strong customer service and communication skills.
