Responsibilities
- Help develop health and wellness plans for clients based on assessments and goals
- Provide exercise guidance tailored to individual needs
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to ensure effectiveness
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- Personal training, or experience in a related field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Promotion
- Nutritional knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of peptide therapies is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
