Future Opening: Agent's Assistant – State Farm Agent Team Member We are looking for a part‑time Agent Team Member to provide customer service and support in a State Farm agency. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn license requirements. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day. Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay of $21.00 (plus commission/bonus). People‑oriented, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented. Organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proactive problem‑solving, dedication to customer service. Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
