Job Summary:
Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Evening shift in a rural health facility. This position involves providing resident care within a geriatric patient population, with flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts to accommodate vacations or call-ins. The role requires working every other weekend, with float between facility units, and is ideal for candidates comfortable with delivering quality resident care in a team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minnesota Nursing License (can submit with temporary license), at least 1 year of experience in long term care or geriatrics, proven ability to provide resident care, experience with Meditech electronic medical records, and basic comfort with working across different facility units.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with geriatric patients aged 65-103 in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Additional Information: Floating between units should be expected; scrubs of any color are acceptable. The facility is a multi-service rural health site including a skilled nursing unit, a critical access hospital, and other diagnostic services.
