Regional Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing

Full Time and Part Time Schedules Available

$45 - $52 hour

We are adding to our team!!! As a member of our rapidly growing Occupational Therapy program, you will provide care in the Toledo/Northwest Ohio area. You will be a crucial part of helping to grow our program and helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our growing and dynamic team.

About the Role:

• As a Regional Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families

  • Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

• License/Certification: Current OT licensure and certification

• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
