Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing and rehab center. Responsibilities Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments. Oversee wound care and monitor residents’ condition changes. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families. Supervise CNAs and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain regulatory compliance and support restorative and rehab goals. Promote dignity, safety, and comfort within a resident-centered, team-based environment focused on quality of life and recovery. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Compassionate and skilled in clinical care. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to oversee wound care and monitor resident progress.
