HCA Healthcare seeks an RN Nurse Manager for our Telemetry unit. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality for a fast-paced telemetry floor, ensuring safe, evidence-based care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients. You will mentor and evaluate nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role includes implementing quality and safety initiatives, managing budgets and resources, supporting staff education, and fostering a compassionate, patient-centered culture aligned with HCA Healthcare’s mission.
