Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to assess and address sensory, motor, and self-regulation challenges in children
• Skilled in developing and writing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff
• Organizational abilities for managing caseloads and maintaining thorough records

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations of students’ abilities
• Develop, plan, and implement individualized OT interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ classroom participation
• Monitor progress and adjust goals in partnership with educational teams and families
• Document services, maintain reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and classroom modifications
