Fashion AI Specialist

This role sits at the intersection of fashion expertise, digital product creation, and generative AI innovation within a fast-evolving customer-facing environment. You will partner directly with prospective clients to understand their design, merchandising, and product development workflows. You will demonstrate how AI-driven tools can streamline and transform fashion creation processes from concept to execution. The role requires strong storytelling ability to translate complex workflows into clear, impactful product narratives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine demos and customer experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and executive leadership. This is a highly consultative role where fashion expertise and AI curiosity come together to shape industry transformation. \n Accountabilities: Lead engaging product demonstrations that showcase how AI supports end-to-end fashion workflows across design, merchandising, and product development Collaborate with Sales teams during discovery sessions to uncover customer needs, pain points, and operational challenges Customize demos and storytelling materials to align with client-specific use cases in fashion creation and digital product workflows Conduct workflow deep dives with design, merchandising, and product teams to map existing processes and identify opportunities for AI adoption Act as a subject matter expert in customer conversations, addressing product, technical, and workflow-related questions in real time Create tailored demo assets, presentations, and use-case examples to support customer engagement and decision-making Collect and synthesize customer feedback, objections, and feature requests to inform Product and Engineering improvements Support the continuous enhancement of demo environments, sales materials, and internal enablement documentation Requirements: 3 to 7+ years of experience in the fashion industry including design, product development, digital product creation, CAD, 3D, or related fields Strong understanding of fashion workflows including garments, materials, silhouettes, styling, and visual merchandising Experience with digital product creation tools, PLM systems, CAD tools, or 3D design workflows is highly desirable Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, solutions engineering, training, or pre-sales support Ability to confidently lead live demonstrations and engage with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to translate customer challenges into clear product value stories Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to technical and workflow questions in real time Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Benefits: Competitive salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 USD Equity package offered for eligible candidates Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility Opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, AI, and digital innovation Exposure to cutting-edge generative AI tools and workflows Collaborative, cross-functional team environment Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling technology company Direct impact on shaping AI adoption in the fashion industry \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
