As a Service center attains a designated threshold in core fleet size, revenue volume, technician count, and transaction volume, we're looking for Shop Technician Temp Control or Power in Jacksonville, FL. who ensures customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class services through direct engagement, understanding their requirements, and providing timely, effective solutions.

This enables customers to focus on their core priorities while we meet and exceed their expectations.

Ensure maximum equipment availability by maintaining and servicing all units in strict accordance with Aggreko policies and procedures, while consistently delivering first-class service to customers.

What you'll do:

• You'll be based out of our Jacksonville, FL.service center
• You'll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and handle the repairs
• You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop.

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
• Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs.
