Warehouse Wholesale Coordinator

Overview The objective of this role is to assist our wholesale operations by pulling, packing, shipping, and finishing orders for third-party shops and clients. This person will work closely with our wholesale and warehouse teams to manage order inventory and facilitate shipping and receiving in a timely manner. They will be the primary warehouse point of contact for the wholesale team, handle project deadlines, and ensure that wholesale shipments adhere to recipient requirements and routing guides. The role reports to the Fulfillment Manager and the Assistant Fulfillment Manager. When not busy with wholesale orders, this team member will assist with day-to-day warehouse associate operations. This is a full-time, hourly role reporting to our Nashville warehouse, Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Order Support: Collaborate with wholesale partners via Airtable and email to pull, pack, and ship wholesale orders Ensure accuracy and quality control for all outgoing wholesale shipments Manage inventory from stores and the warehouse for wholesale orders (e.g., securing items at stores via Shopify and organizing timely transfers to the warehouse) Use Airtable to communicate and update orders as they are packed and shipped — act as the liaison between the warehouse and wholesale department Work with the Warehouse Manager to plan staffing requirements to ensure all wholesale shipments are finished and shipped within deadlines Stay up to date on deadlines and keep the wholesale team looped in on supplies and timeline updates Warehouse Support: Pulling, packing, and shipping orders Returning inventory to the floor Receiving and quality checking incoming inventory Inventory organization and management Qualifications Be a hardworking team player who works well in a fast-paced environment Have a mindset that no task is too small Be comfortable standing for extended periods of time Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs Able to continuously prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail Have prior experience working in fulfillment and/or inventory management Be a clear communicator willing to collaborate and problem solve About Us and Benefits imogene + willie was founded in 2009 with a dedication to high-quality, handcrafted denim.
