Job Details Location: Prairie Ridge Mayville - Mayville, WI 53050 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Category: Admin - ClericalAdministrator / Community Leader – Prairie Ridge Community Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Salary Based On Experience What You Will Be Doing Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun. Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets or exceeds all state and local regulations, managing audits, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Resident & Family Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Financial & Occupancy Management: Oversee the community's budget, manage resources effectively, and conduct tours for prospective residents to maintain healthy occupancy. Community Engagement: Coordinate with local healthcare providers, vendors, and the broader community to ensure residents have access to the best resources. What You Bring to the Table Proven leadership experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care environment. Degree in healthcare or related field, with experience in Health Care, completion of an approved Administrators training course, or a Nursing Home Administrator License. Highly organized, calm under pressure, and deeply empathetic, with a tendency to walk the halls and be visible to team and residents. Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid understanding of healthcare and HR practices.
