Cook à la carte items Monitor stock Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas Assist with training of all Culinary team members Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation Serve meals to residents promptly and in friendly and courteous manner What do you need to be a Cook? One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
