Dining Services Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Full Time Dining Services Supervisor tojoin our enthusiastic team at Paul's Run.

Key job responsibilities include :

• This position is responsible for clerical duties related to maintaining menu systems, processing diet orders and diet changes for all residents.
• Duties also includes supervision of dietary aides and utility aides to ensure that they are completing daily functions and assignments. Function as opening supervisor to closing supervisor.
• Process diet orders and diet changes per Nurse or Dietician orders.
• Develop, distribute and tally menus on a daily basis.
• Maintain all resident diet Cardex, diet cards, and/or tickets on a daily basis.
• Answer telephone, take messages and relay information as needed.
• Maintain DOH compliance for Philadelphia City and Pennsylvania State regulations.
• Schedule, assign, delegate and instruct dietary team members.
• Visit with residents and assist in obtaining completed menus.

Shift/Schedule available :

• Full-Time 11:00am-7:00pm and 6:00am-2:00pm including every other weekend.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Serv Safe certification or ability to obtain certification with Introductory Period (1st 90 days).
