Industrial Warehouse Replenishment Associate Location: Broken Arrow, OK Pay: $19.44–$19.93/hour, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Fridays as needed Position Type: Temporary with opportunity for permanent hire

We are currently hiring Warehouse Replenishment Associates for a growing manufacturing operation in Broken Arrow. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, QR codes, and electronic work lists in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This is not strictly a general labor or forklift position. Strong computer and scanner skills are the top priority. Candidates must be comfortable learning and navigating a scanner-based inventory system accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanners and QR codes to complete inventory transactions.
• Move and replenish parts between the warehouse and production work centers.
• Use electronic work lists to identify parts, quantities, and destination locations.
• Scan products, locations, and work orders to ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Select appropriate inventory locations and replenishment options within the scanner system.
• Deliver materials to designated production areas as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
• Operate a forklift when needed and qualified.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and electronic systems.
• Ability to quickly learn scanner-based inventory and replenishment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple steps accurately.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, material handling, or replenishment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
• Must be willing to work Fridays when production or workload requires it.
