Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities
Document patient progress and report to supervising therapist
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Qualifications

Active New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license
CPR certification required
At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
