We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and strategic messaging across digital and traditional channels. This role will own the company’s external voice—leading social media, website content, PR coordination, and event execution—while building campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and elevate market presence.

The ideal candidate excels at translating complex technical solutions into clear, concise, and compelling marketing and communications content that resonates with broad audiences.

LOCATION: Infinium headquarters in Sacramento, California, In Person

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation

· Partner with business development and sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals

· Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (conversion rates, engagement, ROI)

· Own and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy, posting cadence, and audience growth

· Develop thought leadership content, including executive posts and industry commentary

· Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with brand messaging

· Develop high-quality content including blogs, case studies, white papers, press materials, and marketing collateral

· Translate technical or complex topics into clear, compelling narratives

· Support internal stakeholders with presentations, pitch materials, and messaging

· Manage PR efforts including press releases, media outreach, and agency coordination (if applicable)

· Build and maintain relationships with industry media and publications

· Support announcement strategy for projects, partnerships, and milestones

· Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows

· Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5–8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors

· Proven track record in tech forward demand generation and digital marketing

· Strong experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business growth

· Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic SEO principles

· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

· Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)

· Strong project management and event planning capabilities

· Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible marketing content
