Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, employing a non-judgmental approach in interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while handling a full caseload.

• A clean disciplinary history with the applicable licensing board is mandatory.
