Bartender

Job Title: Bartender Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager We are seeking a skilled and energetic bartender to join our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will craft quality beverages, provide attentive service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at the bar and in the dining area as needed. Take drink and food orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift. Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to ensure a positive experience. Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Handle payments accurately and process transactions according to company procedures. Support team members during peak service periods and contribute to smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require lifting, carrying, and frequent movement. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team‑oriented attitude. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or flexible shifts as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures. Experience with high-volume service and guest recovery techniques.
