Join Midway Staffing and become part of a fast-paced warehouse team in Norcross, GA. We are seeking dependable and safety-focused warehouse associates to select, stage, and load customer orders for outbound shipment.
Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:00 PM until all tasks are completed. Goal is to finish by 1:30 AM. Mandatory overtime may be required if all tasks are not completed by 1:30 AM.
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Duties:

• Select products from warehouse pick slots using voice-pick equipment.
• Operate electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other powered warehouse equipment.
• Build and palletize customer orders according to established procedures.
• Stage completed pallets in the correct shipping lanes.
• Load merchandise onto the correct outbound trailers.
• Move product from reserve locations to pick slots as needed.
• Apply labels correctly and follow proper palletizing procedures.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and complete orders accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, forklift, or electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate powered warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work at a fast and consistent pace while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for job and safety requirements.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must wear steel-toe boots with a minimum 5-inch ankle support, non-slip soles, and a protective safety toe meeting ASTM F2413-18 standards.
• Must be available to work mandatory overtime when required, including weekends and holidays.
• Must follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
