• Max 5x10-hour shifts per week -- no overtime, no weekends
• Two blocks per month minimum -- no 5 consecutive days
• Approx. 60 surgical cases per day
• 80% adult cases -- 20% trauma
• Case mix: general, neuro, complex vascular, complex orthopedic
• CRNA supervision required -- up to 3 CRNAs, max 4 at once
• Level 1 trauma experience required -- min 2 yrs post-residency
• Spinal, epidural, regional, and ultrasound-guided block placement
