A large, well-established mission-driven non-profit in the Florence area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its growing primary care team.

- $110,000 Base Salary
- Additional $12,000 Annual Stipend

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and assess patient health needs
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform routine procedures including immunizations, injections, wound care, and suturing
- Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system
- Participate in triage and clinical decision-making regarding patient care needs
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active or eligible Arizona APRN license
- DEA certification or eligible
- Prior primary care or community health experience preferred, but not required
- Commitment to patient-centered community healthcare
