Customer Success & Dispatch Coordinator

Clear Water Concepts is hiring a Customer Support & Dispatch specialist. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Mesa, AZ office. You'll be the first point of contact for customers — answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching our field technicians, and making sure every customer feels heard. We've built a 5-star reputation on honest service, and you'll be the team member who sets the tone for every interaction. What you'll do Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers; provide friendly, knowledgeable support Schedule installation, service, and maintenance appointments using our dispatch software Route field technicians efficiently — match the right tech to the right job based on skills and location Coordinate with the field team via phone, text, and our internal systems Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback Help process basic paperwork, intake new leads, and keep customer records accurate What you'll need Available to work in-office at our Mesa, AZ location (this is not a remote position) 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience (required) Strong phone presence and clear written communication Comfortable with multitasking — calls, scheduling software, and team chat at the same time Reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solver attitude Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required — we'll train you on our dispatch system Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required What we provide $42,000–$50,000 starting salary (based on experience) Career growth opportunities — we promote from within Health stipend, retirement plan, and paid time off Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts — no weekends A supportive, positive work environment where good work gets rewarded Modern dispatch tools and a team that respects your time #J-18808-Ljbffr Clear Water Concepts
