Youth Program Leader | Afterschool & Kids FUN Camp

What You'll Do

You'll help lead our One Afterschool Program and Heritage School during the school year and Kids FUN Camp during school breaks.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading children through structured activities, games, and enrichment.
• Supporting safe school pickups, homework, and daily routines.
• Creating a positive environment where children feel included and cared for.
• Guiding behavior with patience, consistency, and respect.
• Building relationships with children, parents, and teammates.
• Following established safety procedures and program systems.
• Helping wherever needed to support the children and team.

No martial arts experience required. Our professional instructors teach those classes.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has experience working with groups of children and demonstrates:

• A positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
• The ability to lead children while maintaining structure and safety.
• A history of commitment to a job, team, or organization.
• A desire to build a long-term future working with children.

At least one year of experience leading groups of children ages 5–12 is preferred. Experience may be paid or volunteer, including camps, childcare, coaching, recreation, and youth programs.

We have established systems, training, and an experienced team to help you succeed.

Skills can be taught. Character matters most.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30 per hour
• Approximately 30 hours per week initially, with opportunities to grow toward 40 hours.
