Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• 92-bed skilled nursing facility assignment
• 85% productivity expectation
• EMR systems: Net Health and PCC
