Procurement & Material Management

• Purchase and pick up construction materials, supplies, tools, and equipment as requested.
• Material pickups from suppliers, stores, and vendors.
• Deliver materials and supplies to jobsites throughout the Columbus area.
• Verify materials and quantities before leaving suppliers and upon delivery.
• Help organize and maintain company materials, supplies, and equipment.

Jobsite & Field Support

• Perform jobsite trash-outs, debris removal, and general cleanup.
• Assist with preparing properties for construction, inspections, walkthroughs, and turnover.
• Pick up and dispose of construction debris and miscellaneous materials as needed.
• Move, load, and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist project managers and crews with miscellaneous jobsite needs.
• Make deliveries and retrieve items from jobsites when needed.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.

General Operational Support

• Run company errands and complete time-sensitive tasks as assigned.
• Pick up checks, documents, supplies, equipment, or other business-related items.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty-related material issues.
• Help coordinate and complete miscellaneous tasks that support daily operations.
• Represent Roth Construction Columbus professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, suppliers, and the public.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the company's operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean and dependable driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload materials and debris.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Construction, warehouse, delivery, or field experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable using a phone for communication, navigation, and job-related tasks.
