Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting our providers by completing administrative and clinical tasks. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent patient care, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and ensuring a positive experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, take vital signs, and document patient information in medical record..
• Prepare exam rooms.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and follow medical protocols.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records.
• Answer phones, assist with patient inquiries, and provide information as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
