This role will support the managing attorney with performing residential real estate closings, conducting title review and clearance, and participating in marketing events.

MUST be fluent in Spanish.

Primary Role

• Conduct residential closings with warmth, efficiency, competence and confidence
• Perform title review and clearance
• Serve as support to office managing attorney
• Serve as resource and support for staff, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Assist with closings in other offices as necessary
• Serve as firm ambassador
• Attend events with real estate agents and other industry partners

Legal Aptitude

• Exhibit high level of professionalism in all aspects including, but not limited to communication, demeanor, and appearance
• Follow ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the state and comply with all requirements of the firm's professional liability insurer
• Maintain membership in the state bar and complete all required Continuing Legal Education requirements
• Adhere to all relevant laws and guidelines
• Formulate and issue well-founded legal opinions
• Effectively conduct negotiations to resolve matters on behalf of clients
• Observe confidentiality of client matters
• Use good etiquette, judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues
