Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support a broad range of human resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, managers, and leadership while helping maintain a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Administer company policies, procedures, and HR programs Assist with performance management, employee counseling, and conflict resolution Support benefits administration and employee inquiries Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Coordinate employee training and development initiatives Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS information Partner with managers on staffing, employee relations, and workplace issues Support investigations and corrective action processes as needed Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution Recruiting and onboarding experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus What We're Looking For A hands-on HR professional who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
