HIRING IMMEDIATELY: RECEPTIONIST IN BRIGHTON, CO

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receptionist to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for coordinating office operations and activities while providing clerical and administrative support to management. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, strong verbal and written communication skills, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Brighton, Colorado

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives and directs all incoming calls on a 7-line phone system
• Daily personnel attendance tracking and reporting
• Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail
• Greets and directs all visitors, following the company check in processes
• Maintain conference room schedules
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
• General data entry and tracking of office files, supply inventories and office storage pallets, restocking inventories as needed
• Credit card reconciliation and filing for admin purchases orders
• UPS account reconciliation for the admin and Redlands teams
• Assist with coordinating office events and luncheons
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
• Ability to work independently, being able to identify and solve problems
• Understanding how to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Prioritize tasks in order to meet multiple deadlines and conflicting demands
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment
• Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
