Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching; oversee store opening and closing; analyze operating statements to identify business trends; manage inventory levels and ordering; ensure proper merchandise presentation; maintain store cleanliness and safety; enforce company policies and procedures; and facilitate a secure cash handling environment. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising; ability to interpret documents and perform calculations; experience in retail management preferred; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
