Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Purpose of the position: Executes Restaurant operations functionsActs as manager on duty and opens and closes the RestaurantManages cash handling and ensures accountabilityGeneral to the role: Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standardsExecutes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standardsUses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when neededDeploys Crewmembers during a shiftProvides exemplary customer serviceUtilizes reward and recognition program for the Crewmembers in the RestaurantAuthorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)Ensures cleanliness of the Restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working orderCompletes other duties as assignedEssential Functions:The following requirements describe what is needed to successfully perform the role. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to support individuals with disabilities:Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead or below the waistNavigate stairs, move quickly, and stay on your feed throughout the shiftTake orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearlyWork safely around hot cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, and common ingredients like oil and flourMaintain a clean, safe Restaurant while following all food safety and company proceduresOccasionally drive on behalf of the Company for work-related purposes (e.g., picking up product for the Restaurant) when required by business needs (e.g., when a salaried leader is on a leave of absence or there is a role vacancy)Required Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experiencePossess a valid, state-issued driver's licenseMust complete all required Raising Cane's company training programsAble to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and trainingDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problemsProficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quicklyPreferred Qualifications:New Restaurant opening experience
