About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Statutory Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments, and providing guidance to the executive team on compliance matters. The Executive Director will also be the primary point of contact for any external regulatory inquiries or inspections. Applicants for the Executive Director role must have a strong background in legal, compliance, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to the industry, as well as experience in managing compliance programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
