This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated business disputes while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The firm serves as outside counsel to small and middle-market businesses, handling a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, employment disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, shareholder disputes, business torts, insurance coverage, and intellectual property matters.
