OFFICE ADMINISTRATION INTERN
The ideal candidate will have solid communications, writing and organization skills, familiarity with MAC and PC and be acquainted with graphic design, social media and marketing concepts. We are seeking individuals within the NYC tristate area to work in our NYC Midtown office in the famous Ed Sullivan Building.

ABOUT SOVAS:
The Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS™) is a nonprofit organization that produces a live annual conference (That’s Voiceover!™ Career Expo) and international awards show (Voice Arts® Awards). We speak to an audience of professional voice actors, talent agents, casting directors and media content creators in TV, Film, Gaming, Audiobooks, Podcasting and Radio. (English and Spanish).

WHERE YOU FIT IN
Ideal candidates are innovative individuals who enjoy brainstorming and working on a variety of projects. This is a hands-on internship program rooted in exploring the full spectrum of event planning and production. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to not only further their skills in their respective fields, but also gain the opportunity to work and collaborate in other roles to obtain a more well-rounded knowledge of event planning and production as a whole.

INTERNSHIP INFORMATION:
Internship pays a modest stipend of $25 per day. A 3-month minimum commitment is required. 2-3 full days per week is requested. Our hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm. We work with you to determine best days to work based on you availability and schedule.
