In this role, you'll be at the center of purchasing and logistics operations, helping ensure materials, deliveries, and vendor communications stay on track. Note: This is a temp – hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term career.Responsibilities:Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materialsCommunicate with vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolutionMonitor shipments and logistics to keep operations running efficientlyCoordinate with drivers and transportation partners to resolve delivery challengesExpedite purchase orders when needed to meet critical timelinesProvide timely updates on materials, orders, and delivery statusesMaintain accurate records and support day-to-day purchasing activitiesDesired Background/Skills:Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support (required)Experience purchasing construction materials is a plusStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or purchasing software experience is a plusA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-throughOther Information:WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT APPLY TODAY!
