The facility operates with an autonomous CRNA practice model and maintains established protocols for various surgical specialties including significant obstetric services. The CRNA will deliver autonomous anesthesia care during structured 10-hour day shifts operating under a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule with pager call from home responsibilities. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases with particular emphasis on obstetric procedures and maintain comprehensive perioperative care including pre-operative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia management, and post-operative recovery coordination. Board certification and prescriptive authority are mandatory for this autonomous practice position that requires managing various surgical specialties while providing dedicated obstetric anesthesia services in a community hospital environment.
