Family Medicine Physician Join a mission-driven team as a Family Medicine Physician delivering high-quality outpatient primary care with flexible scheduling and no call duties. Salary: $140 - $150 per hour Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation, flexible schedules (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, optional Saturdays), no night or weekend call, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), federal and state loan repayment eligibility, CME paid time off and stipend, medical license/DEA/board certification stipends, malpractice coverage. Job Details Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pediatricians, internists, specialists, dentists, and behavioral health providers. Manage a patient panel with an average of 18–20 patients per day. Deliver culturally sensitive and high-quality care to low-income and underserved communities. Participate in preventive healthcare and chronic disease management. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in alignment with clinic protocols. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Active California Medical License (or eligibility). Valid DEA License. Strong commitment to serving underserved populations.
