Crawford Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Saegertown, PA!

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Eligible Shifts!

Available Schedules

• Full-Time or Part-Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Full-Time or Part-Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available

About the Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Crawford Care Center, you'll play an important role in helping our residents maintain their comfort, dignity and quality of life.

You'll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support residents with their daily needs.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hygiene and hydration.

• Provide compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's dignity and preferences.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.

• Accurately document food and fluid intake.

• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements as needed.

• Maintain clean, safe and comfortable resident environments.

• Transport residents safely throughout the facility.

• Follow care plans, facility policies and professional standards.

• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable and professional approach to resident care.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

• Genuine passion for working with seniors.
