Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery
Location: Watsonville, CA
Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $70 - $77/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for an exciting Contract opportunity in Watsonville, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor laboring patients.

• Assist with deliveries and postpartum care.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Educate patients and families.

• Collaborate with OB providers and neonatal teams.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License.

• Recent Labor & Delivery experience.

• Strong fetal monitoring and assessment skills.

Required Certifications

• BLS.

• ACLS.

• NRP (Preferred Based on Facility Requirements).

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks.

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week.

• Night Shift Availability Required.
