You'll work alongside an integrated team of nurses, case managers, and behavioral health techs , so you can focus on therapy. What You'll Do Lead individual and group therapy sessions Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning Complete documentation and participate in weekly team meetings Support discharge planning and, when needed, family systems work Be part of a team that shares responsibility, supports each other, and works with purpose What We're Looking For Licensed or provisionally licensed therapists (LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC, CAC) Experience with or strong interest in addiction and co-occurring disorders Strong ethics, compassion, and a desire to grow professionally Available for full-time or part-time weekend shifts Compensation Full-time salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and licensure Part-time/weekend pay: Competitive and based on licensure Full-time roles include health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off Locations New Orleans (Algiers) - Established flagship facility Slidell - Brand-new facility opening soon We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, including those with lived experience or nontraditional paths.
