Shift Supervisor
At Chick-fil-A, the Shift Supervisor role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor:
- Leading shifts effectively
- Leading day to day tasks
- Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant
- Leading productivity effectively
- Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
- Attending and contributing at Department meetings bi-weekly
- Establishing accountability with Team Members
- Maintaining a fun work environment
- Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Team Leaders
- Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team
- Organizing the team with excellent follow through
- Serv-Safe managerial certified

The hourly wage rate is starting up to $24.
