Job Summary Position Summary The Commercial organization manages the company’s worldwide commodity marketing and trading portfolio. Commercial works closely with the regional business units to market ConocoPhillips equity production and improve realized commodity values. In addition, the Commercial organization is responsible for generating value from third party marketing and trading. The Commercial Analyst New Hire Development Program The Commercial Analyst New Hire Development Program is designed to provide an active learning environment (including on-the-job and formal classroom training experiences) for individuals from various majors and backgrounds who have a career interest in marketing and trading.
