Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ yearly commission based

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Meet with qualified buyers and sellers , understand their needs, and guide them through closing
Follow up consistently using proven sales systems to build and manage your pipeline
Deliver exceptional 5-star client service that drives referrals and repeat business
Host engaging open houses with leads provided
Manage clients, appointments, and daily activities using our CRM and technology
Participate in Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly sales meetings

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

Active Real Estate License required
Available to work full-time and committed to building a real estate career
Tech-savvy, coachable, and motivated to grow
Strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
