Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtained prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Demonstrated competency with common SNF equipment and procedures, including gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices preferred. Minimum of one year of clinical experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.
