WELL ESTABLISHED BOUTIQUE CORPORATE LAW FIRM IS OFFERING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY TO JOIN A GROWING FIRM WITH A WIDE RANGE OF SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE CORPORATE CLEINTS FOR WHOM THEY PROVIDE GENERAL COUNSEL TYPE SERVICES. THIS IS A CHANCE TO EXPAND YOUR PRACTICE ACROSS MULTIPE AREAS AS WELL AS TAKE ON PROJECTS FOR THEIR EXISTING CLIENTS. YOU WOULD BE INVOLVED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: M&A DUE DILLIGENCE, IP, SEC, TAX, EMPLOYMENT LAW, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, CONTRACTS AND SOME CIVIL LITIGATION. WORK WITH A TIGHT KNIT TEAM THAT CELEBRATES INNOVATION AND COLLABORATION. WE PARTNER WITH OUR CLIENTS TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL AND ACHIEVABLE SOLUTIONS FOR THEM. MOST OF OUR CLIENTS ARE ON FIXED RETAINERS THEREBY ALLOWING OURSELVES TO BE UNBOUND BY THE CLOCK. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW PROFESSIONALLY AND FINANCIALLY, GET AWAY FROM BILLABLE HOUR PRESSURES AND BE ART OF A TEAM THAT IS GROWING A HIGH QUALITY CONSULTATIVE LAW PRACTICE. WE ARE LOOKING FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP GROWN THE CLIENT BASE AND HAS SOME PORTABLE BUSINESS. COMPENSATION WILL BE A SALARY BASED ON RELEVANT LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE PLUS A PERCENTAGE OF BUSINESS BROUGHT TO THE FIRM AND DEVELOPED AT THE FIRM. IF YOU ARE A SOLO OR AT A LARGE FRIM AND HAVE SOME CLIENTS THIS MAY BE THE RIGHT MOVE FOR YOU.
