We are part of the communities we serve, and this is where new friends become familiar faces.Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impressionManaging the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experienceDelivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiencesSupporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering foodClearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the teamFollowing all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining roomWorking as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members firstWhat it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applyingAbility to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safelyAbility to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shiftTeam player with attention to detail and ability to multi-taskThe physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform this job.
